well they give you some tools to do your job SOME not all most of the testing equipment dosent work or your giving a hand me down piece of crap have to give poor customer service because they drive the technicians with experience out the door so they can hire new people with no experience so they can pay them a lot lower

customer service sucks and we take the heat from it Dont have the right equipment to do the job to bad its your fault signal sucks at the tap to bad its your fault told to lie to customers if we cant fix problems tell them its your tv or computer thats bad not our services and all the new guys hired are lazy cutting corners not caring about the customer At one time I took pride in fixing all problems and leaving the customer happy but after taking alot of heat from management for taking to much time at a job IM LOOKING ELSEWHERE for another job when i find it there will be no two week notice stay away unless your lazy and dont care about customers then come on in this job is for you
