Since Chris Winfrey has taken over, he has implemented changes to the remote work policy that force people to drive in the snow and come to work while sick. He's some kind of east coast nutjob who can't adjust to post-covid norms and is willing to sacrifice the wellbeing of workers and their families on the altar of his mental issues. -- Morale has cratered. Tons of people are waiting for the market to turn and they will be gone. Senior engineers, extremely valuable human capital, are just waiting to jump ship when the time is right. The organization will end up completely crippled, but the CEO doesn't care. Everyone is pushing back, but he doesn't care. He's a total loon who is destroying the company. And it looks like things are only going to get worse. Stay away, if possible.
