      Pros

      Enjoy the work that I do. The time off I get.

      Cons

      Never knowing when you will get home or when you will leave. Blatant mis-communications to coerce employees into working without proper compensation. Bully attitude from management. Uneducated, unqualified, incompetent management.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Overall they treat everyone with respect and there is a good work/life balance and everyone seems proud to work there. A ton of people have been working there for 20+ years.

      Cons

      None really, we were treated decently.
