Pros

PTO- When calls are slow you have access to PTO. Training was the best time being there.

Cons

The supervisors are usually under a lot of pressure about meeting metrics so sometimes they take that frustration out on the workers by being passive aggressive, manipulative and micromanaging. Most of the customers are usually calling you with a conflict so if it cannot be resolved in the time they expect sometimes you will get people who are very disrespectful and you can't disconnect the call. When they ask to speak to a supervisor the supervisors usually avoid taking the calls leaving you on the call with an angry customer. During training they make you feel good and tell you how amazing the job will be until you are actually onboard.
