Pros
Spectrum provide decent pay but other employers provide similar pay and are much better to work for.
Cons
- Spectrum do not care about employees. The will work them to death literally. I know of 3 employees who passed while employed and all Spectrum cared about was back filling the role. 2 of the deaths were sudden medical incidents and one tragic accident. Spectrum did not care one bit!! - Several employees were injured and Spectrum forced them to return to work and did not care about their medical conditions. - Spectrum leadership act that they care about the welfare of employees but its all superficial. All they care about is driving the stock price up and nothing else! - Spectrum burns out many employees until they quit or they fire them. It's common practice to push employees to breaking point and they just quit. - Health insurance is very poor. - I felt like I was ripping off customers every day. Spectrum's internet is very expensive and they make a massive margin on this product.
