Pros
Good compensation for the work expected and decent benefits. The employees, supervisors and leads are all very welcoming and helpful and honestly want you to succeed,
Cons
Your success with the company will depend on your supervisor. Some will readily share tips and tricks that will boost your productivity; others will just email your stats once a week and expect you to figure out the rest. Management has their "favorites" when it comes to working on projects that exponentially increase productivity. The company policy is that opportunities to work these projects are based on rankings within the department, but every keystroke is recorded so if you can do basic addition it's clear that the policy is not followed. Furthermore, it's demoralizing to be told to your face that you rank too low to be considered when in fact you know that you are well above the threshold. Because shift bids and promotions are based on rank, if you are not regularly chosen to work special projects, the job will only be a paycheck (although admittedly a good one). If you get the wrong supervisor or aren't friends with the right people, the odds of it becoming a fulfilling career are negligible.
