      This job had good benefits and decent pay.

      Cons

      The company required reporters to adhere strictly to a videography method that made it nearly impossible to tell nuanced or complex stories. We were required to focus on one person doing some kind of engaging/ repetitive activity, and were discouraged from featuring experts. This incentivized puff pieces at the expense of real news.

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
