Pros
- Slower culture so usually not feeling stressed at work. - Allow opportunities to meet with senior leadership - Gave me a chance when others weren't willing to. - Fortune 100 company with a cash cow in their internet division.
Cons
- The policies for growth are somewhat archaic such as having to be with the company for a year before being considered for promotion. - Not very data based, at least within HR Customer Operations. - Senior leadership seems to be stuck in their ways so somewhat difficult to create change. - Video will probably be spun off or sold within the next 5 years with the decreasing customer base. - Had a VP tell me "I guess we have an open-door policy" which is literally the first policy within the employee handbook when telling her I reached out to the CHRO.
