      Things are easy to understand, nice people, nice management, I was able to choose which shift I wanted to work. opportunity to move up in the company.

      The lower pay, This job does not challenge my current skills, Some shifts do not work well with every day life.

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
