Pros
It's possible to find a team with nice coworkers if you're lucky.
Cons
Charter uses their geographical monopolies to force substandard products on their customers. Charter is practically a twin of and one and the same as Comcast, just in disguise to avoid the blatant appearance of a monopoly. Working at Charter, you will never be respected or valued. Most people are either new and get abused and overworked, or if they've been at Charter for a while, just get by pretending to work and posing and outputting the minimum which can be an extremely comfortable job if that's what you're looking for but frustrating if not. Older folks that get paid too much that management doesn't like will get ousted for made up reasons. Performance reviews are just made up numbers 1-5 based on what management wants to do with you and do not reflect your performance.
