      Pros

      The benefits are good. There are a lot of good and smart people working at Charter. You get free or discounted services if you live inside of their footprint.

      Cons

      Upper and upper middle management seem to either be out of touch with lower level employees or just simply do not care. Employees were often told to "take it or leave it" more or less.
