Pros
Not micro managed. My hard work determines my compensation. A shorter sales cycle than in my previous positions. Great support with tools and marketing materials.
Cons
Competition from other departments, a bit cut-throat. There are circumstances beyond a salesperson's control in having installs happen. You have to sell dependably above quota to make quota numbers. I am located away from headquarters which limits career advancement.
