      Pros

      Pay, benefits and co-workers were all positive. If you like change, this is a great company to work for. Change is constant, new projects, projects discontinued, every day is something new. Complimentary cable services and very fast internet.

      Cons

      Leadership is top down, no work life balance, blame is constant and those who fail are let go. New employees are setup for failure, very high turn over. Leadership in Stamford is disconnected from reality, driving good employees to leave. Not an employee focused company, more focused on process and policies.

      Pros

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
