      Pros

      If you are a self starter and have the ability to build connections with total strangers to turn them over and become a customer then go for it. 25 + accounts will always leave you with a grand paycheck.

      Cons

      Ever changing rules. One week its 1 thing and the next its different. The lack of a true leader for the Suffolk office for the direct sales team. It is a high turnover position for the reps and management. Without great leadership there is no hope for any further successful reps!

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
