Pros
Lots of areas you can move around to since its a big company, Free cable for employees. Decent health benefits package.
Cons
Even though in most big corporations make you feel a bit more like just another number, here they take it to another level. You feel the lack of any value that upper management has for their employees. The company tends to rely on cost cutting as opposed to product innovation to drive revenue so its difficult to affect change. Charter will be talking over soon which could be a potential plus
