Pros
Good bonus structure. If you're getting the sales you can make a lot of money. Some reps made $10,000+ on average per month in bonuses alone. No chargebacks on sales once you are paid on them. No clock punching. You make your own schedule as long as you are getting the sales you need.
Cons
Management lies a lot about almost everything. They coach you to lie to customers. They care nothing about the integrity of your sales only that you're getting them. The reimbursement from gas isn't enough. There was an inconsistency with policies and procedures.
