Pros
Great company culture, great management, great coworkers, and a solid pay structure. The company seems to really care about their employees and it shows in the way management treats you and in your compensation. They offer full benefits including medical, dental, life, vision, legal, and 401k. You accumulate vacation time as well as personal holidays and have paid sick time as well. The starting pay is solid and you have opportunity after 10 months to become a specialist and get a pay raise from there. Plus you have annual reviews which result in pay raises as well. Solid company.
Cons
The only cons would be the customers becoming annoying by complaining about their promos ending and their equipment but that's to be expected in any corporate customer service/sales job so that's no big deal. Other than that our software we use to look up accounts and service the customers crashes frequently and you have to reboot it but no other cons that I can think of.
