Pros
The training was easy but lacked professionalism. Some management is occasionally nice and helpful. It's a good starter job for gaining experience for better opportunities.
Cons
1. Loud and inappropriate music was played non-stop, making it nearly impossible to communicate with customers. 2. Management has been taking employees' personal belongings without warning, stating that "if they sell a mobile, they will get their backpack back" or their ID, among other items. 3. When you go to the bathroom, every minute you are away from the phone is counted, which reduces your allotted break time. 4. One manager smelled strongly of marijuana, which permeated the office space. After I complained about it to another manager, they simply masked the smell with Febreze spray. 5. The commission is not great; on average, you can typically make between $40,000 and $45,000 a year, assuming you perform well every month. This figure includes your base pay and is calculated before taxes.
