Pros
1. They pay you guaranteed commission checks on top of your base pay for the first 5 months. 2. You have the “potential” to make up to 7k in commissions. 3. You get employee discount on cell phones and core services like internet, home phone and cable. 4. Good benefits but not the greatest. 5. They hire quick and usually take most people as long as you convey customer service and/or sales experience.
Cons
1. You’ll have an absurd amount of pressure to save the customer from leaving. 2. You’ll constantly get yelled at by customers for valid reasons and you still must attempt to save them. 3. You’re glued to the phones all day and you’re not allowed to get up unless it’s your break or lunch. 4. If your numbers drop below a certain amount you’ll get written up and possibly fired. 5. You have to be in your position for a year before you can transfer elsewhere within the company.
