Management doesn't have a clue and cares more about their bonus then anything. Also don't ever get on FMLA with this company. You will find a up hill battle with them. Many on FMLA get let go from this company. They will find any reason to let you go. So if you have any chance of being put on FMLA in a career with this company you will not last long.
