Avoid this Company - Store Specialist Spectrum Employee Review

Micro-management. You will be micro managed to death. You had great sale this month? Too bad! Anyways, we're taking your chairs away and you can no longer sit down. Yes, you read that right. You are no longer allowed to have a seat unless it's during your 30 minute lunch. God forbid you work at a store that isn't busy. You will be forced to look at the wall for hours. You will also be screamed at for not making your sales quotas. This is a glorified customer service job that parades around as a sales position. Most of your sales are luck. The IT here is terrible. Have fun trying to make your computer programs work on a computer that is a glorified tablet. The commission structure constantly changes to screw over the employees. They make up new rules every week and they focus on things that have nothing to do with sales. You will also be berated by upper management and customers. Spectrum raises their prices so often that you will be screamed at by customers for their bill increase. You will also be told to sell to these people even though they hardly have enough money to pay their current bill. I could go on and on. Avoid working for this company like the plague. The CEO is clueless.
