Cons
-Management is very oblivious to field conditions and expectations. -HR is definitely all for the company, not the employees. -Senior employees aren't appreciated as much as they should be. -The company wants plug-n-play employees, not experienced employees with job knowledge. -Lack of tools and supplies to perform the job properly and safely. -Company has a "get the job done" mentality instead of wanting the employee to be safe and complete the job properly with the proper materials. -Vehicles are not maintained properly and can be unsafe at times. -If you're not "buddy buddy" with upper management, good luck getting anywhere. -"Voluntary" OT can get old real quick.
