Pros
The money would be great, no ceiling on commission, great hours, great amount of freedom to be productive.
Cons
They never get any jobs done. When you are depending on them to complete a project, from the field surveyor to the construction team, they always let you down. Communication is great, but there's no reason for them to care about the project because only sales makes commission based on completed projects. For 6 months construction in my area failed to fix or acquire a vital tool for installing service. Whether it was the company not wanting to expense a fix/replacement or the construction team being too lazy to get anything done in a timely manner, it should've been fixed within a week on the outside. They failed to prioritize it, my jobs never were finished, I didn't get paid, and then I was punished for their ineptitude at maintaining their equipment and following through on easy to complete installations.
