      Management, Sales Teams, Unethical practices, lack of concern for customers and employees. Charter is all about the numbers even when they arent realistic.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Overall they treat everyone with respect and there is a good work/life balance and everyone seems proud to work there. A ton of people have been working there for 20+ years.

      Cons

      None really, we were treated decently.
