Pros
- Health benefits & more are only like $160-180 per check for an entire family! - $10,000 a year for free schooling
Cons
- You'll never have time for the free schooling!!! They require you to work fulltime (plus overtime) to even be eligible. - They weirdly calculate all the "free" stuff they give you, PLUS your health benefits into your year-end salary so on paper you'll make $65,000 on paper but you're only really making like $55,000 for that year after "benefits" are removed. and then, you're only bringing home $33,000 after taxes. - Forced overtime is a big thing and upper management doesn't care if we get robbed, stabbed, etc. They're cold a heartless and hide behind a point based attendance system. - They also have all these policies where we're never ever suppose to be left alone - BUT WE'RE CONSTANTLY LEFT ALONE - actually a disabled worker was attacked in Hillard, Ohio last year because they we're left alone in the store and an angry customer decided to hit the disabled representative because of a bill dispute. The company offered their representative no compensation, made him use PTO to take time off, and made him come back to work three days later. - Micromanaging is crazy here, like they will quite literally hover over you and then touch your screen or try to message you while you're with a customer and tell you to say something different or what they want. - Training is like a D- grade. They have you learn things on a computer that are 10000% not related to the job and then have you stare at someone and then they just leave you alone and the manager will hide in their office most of the days. - THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE CLEAR JOB DESCRITION DUTIES AND CONSISTENTLY MAKES NEW RULES BASED ON YOUR MANAGER AND/OR AREA - IT IS ABSOLUTLEY INFERURATING - Constant change does not build for a trustworthy company feeling, Since starting here 1 year 3 months ago, I have had three different district managers, I have seen 6/12 store managers in my district quit and get rehired. Countless employees from stores are coming in and out, the recruitment team and the Columbus area marketing manager hire literally the w.o.r.s.t people lol idk how they find these people but YIKES - half of them don't even know how to work their iPhones!
