Pros
Free cable, Internet and phone, that's about it. I can't think of anything else to really say. Since I have to make it at least 20 words, the work/life balance is almost non-existent.
Cons
Too many to name: You won't get a DECENT schedule until you've worked for the company for 10+ years. There are blatant favorites within the company. Will work around some people but not others. You will DEFINITELY work weekends if you haven't been there long. They merge the job of customer service into your job after awhile and there will be no notice of it until you're too deep into the company. I could go on and on. I don't recommend you become an employee here. Management is spineless, unorganized and not knowledgeable on too much of anything and like to dictate how to do a job that they don't do on a daily basis which is really annoying. They rarely listen to the feedback of the employees.
