Pay is decent UNTIL you divide your salary by the amount of hours you are expected to work, then you are lucky to be making minimum wage. Senior leadership is clueless. SPG is unsure of the type of company they want to be in the future so they make foolish moves and acquisitions just to look better for sale and fill the pockets of the top tier.
