Business Outlook
Pros
Decent pay for kids in high school or people without CDLs More secluded for those who struggle with interaction and is quite active.
Cons
Corporate guidelines hinder hiring process, causing openings for OSHA violations in regards to employee safety. Pay barely outweighs physical strain on most if not all days. No formal notice/request for UTO, any time off is required to be used with PTO or it isn't time off, forcing employees into a corner. General Exposure to the elements, not bad in winter but summer turns things into an oven. Barely any communication between upper management and general employee population, leading to confusion and misinformation. Benefits are provided but are locked behind a roughly year long probation.
