Way too much work and definitely not enough pay. Hiring managers make you believe the compensation and bonus potential is great, but unless you run a huge store with high volume and excellent margins, you basically have no bonus potential. There is also far more discussion of negative things, and things you did wrong, than there is discussion of praises and what you did well. They drag their feet on raises and promotions.
