      Pros

      You can make a lot of money because all you do is work.

      Cons

      All you do is work! Someone doesn't show up for their shift and your 10 hour day turns into an 18 hour day! There is no such thing as work life balance! Even when upper management knows you are horribly short staffed they do nothing to help.

      Work as a team... regulars keep it interesting

      Cons

      Company expects more and more without proper compensation. 7-11 is closing them down slowly.
