Pros
Flexible schedule, relaxed, jeans, everyone works together as a team, weekly pay, benefits, easy to advance within, no drug test, and you’re there so often and use your speedy rewards that you earn a lot of points quickly (a lot more free stuff)!
Cons
No breaks, low pay, some employees call off a lot, high turnover rate, if you get checks they don’t always come on Wednesday, and no employee discount.
