Pros
um.. I guess I got a speedy rewards card. Sometimes I was not yelled at.
Cons
They may start you out as a shift lead manager which sounds great but pays $9 an hour. During the middle of training I was shifted away from the store that I was originally at. The first store manager was great, and I felt like I could learn a lot from him if I stayed there. I end up at a different store in the same district with a manager that is known for being hard on new people. I learned that she already had her favorites and no matter what I did I would be seen as a lesser employee than the cashiers. She eventually had me in a meeting with the district manager (who is also scared of her) and tried to tell him that I just was not getting "it". She had not taught me anything, and would regularly show up late. I told him how I felt and it seemed from that point forward she would do her best to try and force me out. Well it worked and now I am at a job that really cares about its people. Trust me if you want to start in your store and work your way up it may be fine but it is a gamble depending on what store you end up at. I advise you look somewhere else.
