They have health insurance and a retirement plan

Cons

It's pulling teeth to get vacation time that you earn because it's a user to lose It program and they'll make sure you lose it. They are one of the companies that believe in overworking you and expecting you to do extra but they do not compensate for it you could be a simple cashier but you'll end up having to do management work with no compensation they expect you to travel to stores and you are constantly harassed when off the clock through text and phone calls There is absolutely no work-life balance and they make it very clear to you that your family this should never come before the job
