Pros

Some of the people that work at speedway are really nice, genuine, hard working people. Making friends is pretty easy.

Cons

You most likely will not advance in this company. Lots of favoritism. It does not matter how well you do your job if you don't have friends in high places. Low pay for a LOT of work. Management gets away with doing very little while lower employees do everything.
