Pros
-Paychecks were great with monthly bonus + overtime -Working hard moves you up; I was promoted within 6 months -I really enjoyed getting to know the regular customers--I still continue some of the friendships to this day! -Upper management was great. District manager came by every week, knew everyone's names, and seemed to honestly listen and help if he could.
Cons
-I worked 50-55 hours per week, spending much of that time fixing other people's mistakes or laziness. Most of my days got started around 4:30 or 5 and ended around 3 or 4. -Hourly for co-manager was 10.50/hr -The reason hard work is noticed is because it is so rare; turnover is high -Lack of professionalism both in regular employees and some management -Constantly understaffed, especially for the giant checklist of things you're supposed to get done each shift
