Pros
Fast paced , weekly pay, benefits, health insurance, dental, 401 k , vacation, friendly people, monthly bonus, incentives. There were monthly incentives for sales goals.
Cons
It was very hard to meet all of Speedways expectations because of Boeing so busy. Low pay they need to up pay to keep staff. There is too much turn over due to low pay. No one wants to work so hard for such little pay.
