More cons than pros - Shift Leader Speedway Employee Review

Open every holiday, on call 24/7 if your in management, schedules are horrible, you will work a 10pm to 6am shift then have to be back at 1 or 2 pm. No type of employee discount and you cannot leave the premises on breaks. If you're replacement doesn't show up for their shift, you have to stay and cover it, if you can't get someone who was off work to come in because the store manager will not do it. You always have to work weekends. I worked there 3 years and only had 2 weekends off other than when I was on vacation.
