Company expects you to work 16-24 hour shifts, never call out, and have your store open during snowstorms even though no shower is provided and no place to sleep is given. Salaried managers are expected to treat the store as if they own it and be there 24/7. Employees have extremely high turnover so the manager has the thankless job of always looking for coverage from other managers at other stores. Employees are manipulated by other managers to work shifts at stores all the time constantly to the point of burnout. This company takes advantage of everyone from the top down. District Managers are burnt out from all of their managers having healthy boundaries. Managers are burnt out from outrageous expectations. Employees are burnt out from being expected to work every single day of their life.
