7-11 is Terrible - General Manager Speedway Employee Review

Ever since 7Eleven took over, the company has gone downhill greatly! They have reduced benefits greatly for MGMT. They eliminated the recruiting dept which makes it even that more difficult to hire quality people. The maintenance dept doesn't work efficiently or quickly enough to keep equipment working properly for the customer's benefit. They changed the bonus program which has caused many good MGMT to leave the company, or leave them very disgruntled. Just a really bad company to work for now that 7Eleven has taken over. Speedway is no longer the "Cream of the Crop", but just another low end convenience store.
