Pros
They have all the hours you can possibly want! The turnover rate is extremely high because they don't train anyone an throw you in there to sink or swim an if you sink they just get rid of you instead of teaching you what the correct way is.
Cons
There are wayyy too many to list unfortunately, the manager an distrct manager are best buds so any complaints fall on deaf ears because she isnt reporting her bestie! They have you work like a dog with little to no training and when your check decides to show up your hours are never correct an they don't fix it either. It doesn't matter if you call 24 hrs in advance to call off for any reason (even if you have pto) you will be told you have to show up. When you schedule your vacations it won't matter because the manager will probably be on vacation which she is 6 months out of a year! So she demands everyone pick up her slack an if someone messes up she doesn't take the fall she places blame everywhere else! You will be wrote up over the stupidest things even if you can prove you shouldn't be they will not correct it and that's a bad mark against you for the entirety of your employment.
