As the saying goes, "If you're good at your job, you get to do everyone's jobs as well." Zero accountability for the favorites. Lazy lazy lazy management. Creates corporate zombies immediately. Work in SA? Have fun with monthly closeouts where you can't leave until you are told you can which can range anywhere from 10-12 hour days. And speaking of 10-12 hour days, they will force mandatory overtime on you since they continue to hire stooges who can't do their jobs. It's a cesspool, stay far far away.
