      Pros

      They have great and affordable benefits. They will match your 401k 117%. They also just started a pension plan for the long timers.

      Cons

      I am pretty new to the job, so I haven't come across any Cain to the position yet. I think though to maintain long term employees, they need to have a higher starting pay rate.

      Work as a team... regulars keep it interesting

      Cons

      Company expects more and more without proper compensation. 7-11 is closing them down slowly.
