Pros

My time with Spiff was one of the highlights of my career. The people are amazing and the enthusiasm is infectious. I still wear all my swag proudly and sing the praises of the company and it’s product. The overall company culture is amazing. Competitive pay and benefits def a plus!

Cons

Being a small company, there are a few pockets of favoritism. Also, some of the positivity can honestly be too much and impedes people from having real coaching conversations. Sometimes, opportunities to improve professionally are overlooked due to the favoritism and fear of conflict. I ultimately left because I am a lover of all feedback, but that rubbed some the wrong way and hindered my ability to do what I was hired to do: innovate.

The company was recently acquired so there will be many changes
