Pros

Organized, positive team to work with, inspiring workplace.

Cons

Only downside I can think of is ordering new parts so that when I fix scooters I don’t have to salvage off of another one. I believe the order was processed but it is so busy that it’s been delayed for a month or so? That’s what I heard.

Cons

Some legacy code and systems can slow down development and require extra effort. Decision-making can be slower due to size and multiple stakeholders. Occasional ambiguity in product direction, especially in cross-team projects.
