Pros

-The chance to be part of a fast growing company and really being able to see it grow and evolve. Love being able to celebrate the little wins across all departments! -Recent acquisition by Ford and the resources and financial stability they provide yet still being able to operate idependently and not micromanaged by them -A very collaborative and supportive work environment -Great office location, stocked kitchen, daily lunches, unlimited PTO, good benefits

Cons

-With any fast growing company there are always growing pains so sometimes structure is a bit lacking -With so many new hires every week it’s getting a bit hard to get to know new faces so more company bonding events would be great

Flexible work environment and decent work-life balance depending on the team.

Cons

Some legacy code and systems can slow down development and require extra effort. Decision-making can be slower due to size and multiple stakeholders. Occasional ambiguity in product direction, especially in cross-team projects.
