Pros
Very fun place to work. People are very nice. The job is not very stressful. Good first job. Great place if you want work, life balance. For a very good technical person the work only requires minimal effort so it's a great work life balance.
Cons
The technical work isn't the best place to grow. It's a great place for the first job. Management, working level are very good and nice people but this is not the place to for learning the coolest technology or challenge, so you can be obsoleted fairly quickly. The management isn't that experience, typically using the company as a stepping stone for the title so there is a lot of confusion.
