Pros
they pay 75% of health benefit premiums. Thats basically all they have going for themselves.
Cons
Stay away from this place. they pay you basically nothing and expect the world. I showed up every day committed to learning, growing, and supporting the team. there is 0 training, if you want to try and get some instruction on how anything works, good luck finding someone who has time to talk to you. the leaders are best buds and make plans to fire anyone they dont like basically every week. there are a ton of knowledgable people who work here, and they are all underpaid and taken advantage of. all they care about is money. I was fired when my wife as about to give birth with no warning or opportunity for an improvement plan. they are corporate vamipres who only care about money.
