Toxic - Sales Representative Spireon Employee Review

Very Toxic company to work for. HR is useless, if you bring something to their attention, they go back to your boss and tattle. They will not change anything but how you are treated after complaining.. You will be penalized one way or another in the end. They say they want feedback, but they dont if you are honest. CEO is out of touch and only cares about money. Management is terrible, just "yes men" they will stab you in the back at any moment if it benefits them. Seasoned employees are angry and sub par, but they play the game management has created. No chance for advancement.
