Not a lot of positive comments I can make and I still work here. Our size is due to purchasing other companies; the one thing the leadership team has been able to do successfully.
Cons
Be careful, core values is just something they put on the wall to “look” corporate here. Employees are not valued and it’s a shame. I’ve never seen a company treat employees so much like a commodity as this company does. My advice is if you are looking for a team environment with a company that cares about its employees, keep looking. The other frustrating obstacle here is that we are always influx and never really delivery results because there is no prioritization. And yes; it does start from the top down here. So if you are considering this company, make sure you always keep your resume updated because one day you’ll need it.
