Cons
- Overreliance on cheap, inexperienced labor (interns) - Poor project management (priorities change hourly, fear tactics, unrealistic expectations) - Understaffed and often unequipped - Teams producing sub-standard work in lieu of satisfying unruly managers/directors - Empty promises and incentives created frequently to prompt additional productivity or simply elicit overtime. - “One strike” hire and fire = the company releasing unfit/untested products to market
